  2. Eligible Destinations: Free shipping is available for orders delivered to addresses within the United States or Canada. Please note that free shipping is not available for international orders unless otherwise stated.

We will select the most appropriate and efficient shipping method to ensure your order arrives in good condition and within the estimated delivery time frame.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing on all in-stock items. However, please be aware that for pre-order items, the processing time may be longer. Pre-order items can take up to 10-14 weeks to be ready for shipment.

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Exceptions:

Please note that during busy holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, delivery times may be subject to delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any such delays and work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions:

  1. We do not offer free shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  2. The shipping address must be accurate at the time the order is placed. Customs declaration paperwork is initiated immediately upon order confirmation, and once this process has begun, address changes are difficult to accommodate. If an address change is required, be sure to get in touch with our Shipping Team immediately.
