- Rugs take approximately 8-9 weeks to arrive at your doorstep since each knot is woven by hand.
- We're pleased to offer free shipping via FedEx and UPS within the United States.
- Due to their handmade nature, colors may vary slightly from rug to rug. Sizing may also differ up to 1-2 inches. Each rug is a unique work of art!
- Each rug is ethically crafted in a safe working environment by seasoned artisans. You can trust that no child or unsafe labor is used.
- Most stains come out after blotting with warm water and mild dish soap. A suction attachment is recommended. Never use a "beater brush" or rotating brush attachment.

Yes! All my rugs are hand-knotted by skilled artisans in India and Turkey.

All are 100% New Zealand wool on a sturdy cotton frame.
Can I get custom colors or sizes?

Do I need a rug pad to go underneath?
I highly recommend purchasing a 1/4-inch felt pad from Amazon or Wayfair. Any brand will work!
